Say Hello to Kazumi! Our symbol, Kazumi is inspired by our beloved cat. Kazumi’s playful presence in the kitchen represents the joy that goes into crafting each dish. Born in Korea and having worked in Japanese restaurants for years, our chef brings a unique blend of soulful Japanese and Korean flavours to our menu. Our star, Menchi Katsu, takes center stage, complemented by comforting Udon and flavourful Donburi. This joy in cooking and love for Japanese and Korean flavors prompted the creation of Kazumi, where soy sauce meets sizzling meat, and umami is present in every bite.
