Executive Chef Kiran Kolathodan curates our menus to reflect fine European cuisine with a local Pacific Northwest flare to represent our unique location and offer a familiar but new dining experience. Our in-house sommelier, Bipin Bhatt carefully selects wines and creates handcrafted cocktails to complement the dining experience.

Callisto is our main dining area serving breakfast every day from 7:30 am to 11 am, lunch from 11 am – 2:30 pm and happy hours from 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm. Dinner service runs from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
