through Douglas-fir forests, Garry oak ecosystems, and rocky hilltops. The summit, at 203 meters, provides breathtaking views overlooking Esquimalt Harbour and a scenic panorama of the Victoria area. A peak-finder cairn at the top offers information about the surrounding landmarks. For more adventurous hikers, a trail winds down the eastern side of Mill Hill and connects with a trail to Thetis Lake Regional Park on the other side of the Trans-Canada Highway.
