The Sooke Hills Wilderness Trail offers a 13-kilometer unpaved route through remote areas and diverse wildlife habitats. It lies between the Humpback Reservoir in Sooke Hills Wilderness Regional Park and the boundary of the Capital Regional District and Cowichan Valley Regional District. This trail is part of both The Trans Canada Trail and the Vancouver Island Trail routes. Highlights include a viewing platform overlooking Waugh Creek Falls and a suspension bridge across the Goldstream River.
